How long is 1Kg going to last with average treatment of... say... 10 hives?
I ask because if it's going to last for example five years, the cost becomes irrelevant.

The dose is almost same in trickling and in sublimation. No practical difference..

You buy 1 kilo, and you cast away half of that for several reasons.

If stuff is finish, buy more. That is not so difficult.
One kilo oxalic acid costs almost same as you sell 1 kilo honey.

True, but if as I said it lasts me a couple of years the cost already becomes irrelevant, let alone if it lasts longer.
As long as I only have just a few hives, that is.

Can't see any problem buying a kilo Most firms only seem to want a poisons license if you want to buy more ,same for any poison the local farmers co-op ask for your license if you want more than a kilo of rat poison.Thing is unless you have loads of hives why would you want more than a kilo of oxalic lying around.

really? you can buy OA on fleabay by the kilo, ten kilo or 2o kilo tub - no paperwork.
I never have to show a poisons licence at my farmer's coop for bulk rat poison either.
