I'm not sure better is the appropriate word yet but with a clear sky and a following wind I'm definitely on course
Got a catheter removal and monitoring day to look forward to soon then a PSA blood test in around three months to ensure no Prostate Specific Antigen producing tissue is left behind. After that better becomes appropriate
In the meantime I'm not being woken through the night to go for a "is that all?" pee. Small improvements mean a lot

All old folk fart for England and i bet half the time they don't even know they are doing it, that's probably where the term owld fart comes from, i once went to a jazz concert with my lady friend and her mother, half of the audience where around the 70 yr old mark and the hall stunk, i would hate to think what the hall smells like when Michael Palmer does one of his lectures,
