Regarding the finances. If it cost them $400,000 per unit to produce, then at $400 per month rent, that's return of 1% per month or 12% per year.

Or double the return if it costs them $200k!

So I do wonder how much it costs them to produce per unit after the development costs.

I wonder who pays for maintenance, insurance and if a deposit is required.

I am actualy thinking of getting one to try out for a month. I figure I can rent it in August, empty all the honey, then they can have it back until next year. I am sure they will have no problems with that arrangement.......

But I am seriously curious about the real costs of ownership and how much honey they can pull in a good spot.
