Nothing new here when you can make easy money!! There was a TV programme on this last year but my memory is failing me and I cannot remember the title.
I have found that I don't struggle a bit to sell my stock as what I deem to be a fair price. There is sufficient knowledgeable customers out there who don't mind paying more for quality raw honey. I also work with a couple of local chefs promoting local produce who use my honey for their dishes.
What could potentially give us a bad name and impact on us are so called British honey producers who buy in bulk from EU (incl. Britain), jar and brand as British honey... there are a couple out there which can be found on the net.
