Bakers Honey

Hi all,
Just a query around labeling of Bakers Honey and what is ans isn't required.

I see date, lot, weight is the same.
No information about floral type is to mentioned
The phrase 'intended for Cooking Use Only'
Would I still use 'produce of england'?

Do I still need to provide my contact details and is there anything else you would advise?

Usual labelling but in addition call it baker's honey and put the cooking use comment.

Charge properly for it; I get £22/kg. at the farmers' market. Most use it as ordinary honey, very few cook with it.

What would you charge for a standard Runny honey?

Only way to establish price across sizes, and it's how retailers work.

Gives me £10/340, £7/235, £4/135. I put 235 & 135 into 227 & 113 hex jars to bring the honey into the neck. If you put in 227 & 113 it falls short and does not look good for the customer. Check levels on your jars before printing labels.

True, but either they don't need the money, think it's still 1978, or don't consider the wider implications of selling such quality so cheaply.
