Me, I would never ever ever ever access this forum during work hours, and you wont catch me posting during the day.

Otherwise, on a Saturday afternoon with Barnet FC in the background (I'm a masochist) or very infrequently over the evenings or weekend.

variety of devices and locations. Currently a lap top on the 08:15 St Pancras to Nottingham!:D

"Me, I would never ever ever ever access this forum during work hours, and you wont catch me posting during the day."

My macbook is set to italian time so technically any access is not strictly during work hours as it is always 1 hr adrift.

also good practice to regularly rest eyes during microscopy sessions - that's what the forum is for.

BTW does the Brownlow have free wi-fi?

"but downstairs its only at one end of the bar"

your end?

BTW since it is now after 9 will only expect a reply this evening!!!

Usually sat in bed in front of the TV with the wife and cat tucking into a midnight snack on my laptop, we look forward to those long winter evenings:party: Chris, jane and tuffy

How the hell do people use the internet on trains?!

Many now have WiFi - according to Which

Wi-Fi hotspots
Wi-Fi on UK train services
Virgin Trains
Virgin Pendolino and Super Voyager trains have Wi-Fi access available with either a one-hour or 24-hour pass. Virgin Trains Wi-Fi is provided by T-Mobile so passes can be used at any of T-Mobile's 20,000 Wi-Fi hotspots. First-class passengers get free Wi-Fi on board.
National Express
East Coast Trains offers free Wi-Fi access on all its trains.
Eurostar
Eurostar offers Wi-Fi hotspots at its major UK stations, including London St. Pancras International, Ebbsfleet International and Ashford International, operated by Cityspace and The Cloud.
Business Premier customers get free Wi-Fi internet in Business Premier Lounges, and free Wi-Fi access is available to all Eurostar customers at St Pancras International.
Heathrow Express
Heathrow Express – on-train Wi-Fi access is available via T-Mobile HotSpots between London Paddington and Heathrow Airport.
Grand Central Trains
Grand Central Trains offer free Wi-Fi throughout their trains.

I'm usually on my work laptop when I'm meant to be working, or my home laptop sat in my caravan looking at the forum when I'm meant to be studying.

Laptop at home, iPad when out/away (often on the IW ferry) and Android HTC Sensation when desperate (too mean to buy Tapatalk) - or any permutation of the above! :willy_nilly:

Do you have to pay for this, or pay for the compatibility or something or what?

You just click 'internet' on your computer and it comes up?
