You can see the picture in use in several more places here...https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=q...3sA8Or0QWL94GwAg&ved=0CC8QsAQ&biw=805&bih=461

Wonder if Fragile Planet have permission to use it?

Either the photo is completely free of rights which would be more than a little unusual or it's another example of how rude and inconsiderately people behave these days. Copyright applies even to the net and every photo is an original work that someone should receive the credit for and a back link to their web site.

It's amazing how many people see a picture and think that, because it's on the internet, it's free!

Maybe some of you Saints can dig in your pockets and donate to the forum thus covering any future events and help maintain the forum you all have so much to say on, but contribute nothing towards.

You're avin a larf pal.....

.....pay to have a point of view now is it?

People contribute in many ways besides parting with money and seeing as you've raised the point. Where does the money go and who to? How is it accounted for? What happens to the excess? Is it a registered charity? or Is it a business? Does anyone take a wage or any other payment?

Just asking.

Oh, there's a surprise. It's amazing how cheap living can be for some!
What charities apart from your own do you contribute to and how are tax accounts looking? Why you should want to know what other people are doing about there taxes, when you don't even live in the UK causes me to wonder why, are you looking for some advice in you adopted country?

You appear to generalise and make many assumptions based on ........ :toetap05: exactly.

This comment wasn't directed at you, but if you have a problem with it please let me know. I've just clean out one of the chicken sheds this evening and happy to deal with more....

I don't think I have ever looked for advice on here, my tax affairs are faultless and my charitable work is my own business, I don't need to brag about it.

I came to be on this forum because I was looking for something but after 5 entries in to the forum you had to register to gain future access, I don't know if that is still the case. Anyway, suffice it to say that the information I was looking for isn't to be found on here - quell surprise!!!!

None of this answers the questions I have just asked either, just an attempt to muddy the waters, so let's try again seeing as you think people should pay to have a point of view.

So your business is your business and you contribute no financial support
to the forum, but you still feel you have the right to ask these questions! I'm interested to know why you feel you have these rights...

Why do you feel they have no right to ask ?

It is an open forum for questions to be asked

So if he asked you the same questions you would be willing to give us all that information on the net, if so, you first...

no offence but the way it came across was that as they had not paid they were not allowed to ask

I think this thread is heading into areas that have no place in either the verbage or the ethos of this forum. May I suggest that a halt is called and the whole thing be brought to a conclusion .... enough ... everybody !

My god, you hit the nail on the head. I've never been able to back down from anything in life, your life experiences make you what you are, don't you think?
If you want to her doom and gloom, death and disaster, you came to the right person to tell you about it...
Have you ever lost all your friends during a hurricane, have you ever been held up at gun point and then have to force the gun on that person and shot them instead? Have you ever been stranded on an unmarked reef on a sinking boat in the middle of an ocean hundreds of miles from land. Have you ever been shot and then knifed in the stomach? Unfortunately I have, I've lived out in the real world and that why I find all the petty s..t so funny...

What a man!!! All gluey notions excused.

If all goes well this hardcore life experience will make you magnanimous, one day.

And good luck with your hand painted lamp shades to... anyway, I thought you said you wasn't going to make any more comments on this thread, can't we take you at your word?
