I took my little extractor into the shower with me. That way we both got de-stickified

That’s not a bad idea

My extractor is new but The plastic cage in particular had a lot of residue/dirt and I couldn’t be extracting honey without a good clean up first.

The shower idea I think I’ll try, so I will.
