it does sound good, hopefully it'll get into manufacture soon and there'll be a genuine alternative to using toxins to kill the mites.

just being a little sceptical, I think we can read a lot into this sentence

it doesn’t appear that the extra dose of semiochemicals wafting through the hive interferes with the honey bees’ normal behavior or activity to any significant degree,

to me that is saying it does interfere with bee's normal behaviour or activity without saying what it does do.
