Uncapping knife advice?

I don't particularly want to go down the hot air gun route - I do like to get a little bit of wax off, just for the fun of it, really, and faffing about with something that gets very hot, and I'm likely to kill myself using (I'm about as non-"practical" as it gets!) is probably a bad idea for me!

So I think the normal bread knife idea, with an uncapping fork on standby is best - my bees do have a habit of making rather lumpy comb - no matter how straight the frame next door is!
