Hi folks, does anyone use an electric, heated uncapping knife? If so which one would you recommend? By the way, we have a load of honey this year in Weston-super-Mare and very populated colonies. (we have just 6) . Baz

Yep, loads of honey down on the levels too. Just taken another two boxes off, if you don't like hot guns then a thorns hot knife is as good as any. Make sure it has a thermostat control on it
