White granulated sugar at Morrisons until Sunday 23rd January. 49p. Own brand name.

Cheep cheep.

doesn't the morrisons own sugar have an anti-caking agent or has high Nitrates (or something!)?

... or did I imagine it?!? :willy_nilly:

Sulphides in sugar? So that would be specified on the packaging/label then?

I don't suppose that Victor has indicated any documented verification to support the claim?

Does anyone have a Morrison's sugar bag with any mention of sulphides on it?

Morrisons sugar is sourced where? They certainly don't own a sugar beet or sugar cane processing plant. Who indeed in the UK produces sugar other than the British Sugar Corporation?

This particular drum has been beaten a few times now, but no evidence has been presented to suggest that it is anything other than a spoiler? I don't suppose that ants would be deterred from tackling a bag of sugar if they really wanted it.

Anyone got ants and Morrison's sugar to perform a test to see which sugar they really prefer?

My local Teso are doing 98p a kilo or two bags for £1(Yes the prices are correct!!)
Tate and Lyle cane sugar.
Off ends 25th January.
