Ah, but it will be taxed if the sun comes out and warms up the OSR. I work a few hours a day in a veg shop and we are keeping the Cornish New Potatoes in the shade in case they slap VAT on them if they warm up.

Actually, I've just worked out the perfect defence to the new law. Buy your hot pasty, wait for it to go cold and then go back to the shop and ask for you VAT back.
 
Just so long as they don't tax the Cornish piskie.
