Gavin and Susbees. That's pretty much my calculation and assumptions too. 
It remains a mystery why each seller chooses to sell only one of the available concentrations (labelled 3, 4.5 and 6 percent) even though from the same Italian origin. And why the Italians persist in labelling with '%' when pretty much everywhere else it would be labelled less ambiguously grams per 100ml. I suppose we have to be grateful we're not expected to work in pennyweights per fortnight.
