No recipe .. but my brother is gluten free and I've tried these ... don't taste much different to the real ones !Anyone know of a good gluten free recipe for croissants? Haven’t had one for years!

My father was a master baker. He used to use apricot jam to make sure the marzipan stuck to the wedding cake before he iced and decorated it. (and a couple of drops of glycerine in the royal icing so that it didn't go rock hard by wedding day)Yes, nice ... apricot conserve is the French equivalent of marmalade I think ... funny how, in UK hotels, the mini jars that are always left out of the assortment is.... the apricot jam !
