I love Hagen bee's! Great company
What do you hope to gain by such an unsubstantiated comment? Would help us if you described your sales experience with the company. You know, quality of equipment, rapid service, knowledgeable staff.

get the name right
Must try harder: Hagen's Bees: apostrophe after the N of Hagen, capital B for Bees, no apostrophe after S of Bees, full stop at the end of the last sentence.

Good price on the Formic Pro………..
You might even get an additional 5% for a 1st time purchaser by using the code HAGENS*FIVE

I'd looked at the formic pro on a number of devices prior to purchase............an email came through (surprise surprise) advising I'd left something in my basket, would I care to complete purchase with an extra 5% discount.
If I cant use it someone else may as well.

I've recently placed an order with Hagen's and I was surprised to see so many BE products and pictures on their website. Was interested to see if anyone on this forum had tried them. Such a shame BE went into liquidation, but glad there is another supplier filling the gap.

it didn't go into liquidation, it was sold to BE.
It seems to be a regular thing.
A moving target is always harder to hit.
I think you will probsbly find Local Honey is a friend of mindyourbeeswax JBM 😂

Me too. Hagens emailed me today. I bought a couple of ekes from BE over a year ago, and I feel that if Hagens [having done any sort of deal with them BE]it's a grey area. I did not give BE permission to pass my data to any third party [which should include anyone taking their business over and trading under a different name]. Any more emails from Hagens will simply go into Spam. If I don't like a company's business ethics, I suspect their products, too. So I don't trade with them.
If BE, who had my data, were selling out to another trader would it not have been a better advertisement to email all existing customers to give notice and offer customers the option of unsubscribing at that point? Simon the Beekeeper [Caldwell] did just that - so I am happy to hear from the successor trader from Lancashire - who retain the same business name.
Was Simon the beekeeper taken over by another company?

I used to buy a lot of stuff from them on eBay.

A cycle ride out to STBK when they were in Stoke Golding was a real joy - nice contryside and a great pint in the George and Dragon. Sadly now long gone.
STBK I mean - the pub is doing fine.
