I used a suitcase generator (wolf) there are dozens of them on a well know Internet shopping site.

I stopped using it because I was too lazy to fuel it and mess around, so now use a battery, inverter and very long extension cord.

I have this model - BESTEK MRI6013-UK

It's just easier, for me than a generator because I couldn't be arsed with petrol, servicing etc.

I use a Clarke gennie which I bought of EBay as not working for a tenner. I cleaned the carburettor and sorted a few botched repairs and it works a dream.

Read the power rating on the vapper? Add 10%, at least, and start looking. Be careful you don’t buy a kVA machine unless about 20% oversized on the target power (Watt rating) required.
