After a discussion with some beek friends I am curious, during inspections do people routinely remove empty Queen Cups or do people leave them in?

I have never did that during 60 years and it has been good for me.I took a steer from Stewart at Norfolk H C who checks and squishes them as he goes. If it’s good practice for him, it is for me.
There's play cups and play cups as far as I'm concerned. They mean nothing. Really? I know when I need to be a bit more vigilant.
