you can very easily make cordial from them too :)

Or let the berries form and make wine.

The birds love the berries as well and you end up with purple poo on your car.

made the cordial last year and it really is wonderful. worth doing just remember to only collect fresh flower heads when full sun for best results.

Me & Mrs dtg bought some sparkling elderflower wine from a farm shop last week. Really light, fantastic bouquet, best chilled, no wonder the bees like it (lol).
