Hi
Newbee question.
I bought an active hive from a long time local bee keeper who was retiring. I was under the impression that it was a National hive (most commonly used hive here in the Republic of Ireland) but it turned out to be a Commercial.
The supers take 11 frames but I'm left with almost an entire frame of space.i could spread them out but that's going to mess with my bee spacing. Any suggestions/advice very much appreciated.
