There is a badger sett on the golf course by my apiary . I haven't seen any signs of activity around my hives !
Come to think of it I haven't seen any activity by badgers at all . Golfers/ badgers , maybe the badgers have been encouraged to move on one way or t'other!

is there going to a cull on golfers? to reduce their spread of environmental damage :)

If that's the case how do the paparazzi get away with lying in wait for people?
I would stick the pictures on f book and let it go from there.

Because they're waiting for any 'star' but, in the dog shhhh.. case they're waiting for a specific transgression of the law. The evidence is not even admissible in court

Don't get me started on dog walkers.............

Friend of ours has security cameras. :paparazzi:
Parish council have taken objection to them, complaining that he shouldn't be allowed to film the public footpath (that runs through his land).

So now, one particular Parish Councillor makes it a routine to look into the camera and drop her plastic bag (poo contained within) right outside his gate! :puke:

I've said he should post it back through her letter box! :D

What does everyone think???

Surely if she is dumping it outside his gate, she is littering. If private land, might you argue though not trespass, that constitutes criminal damage?
It may be civil, but he could make things difficult, as he might argue it is harrassment and get her an ASBO.

It's not photography though - being a CCTV camera it's classed as surveillance - or even directed surveillance both covered by RIPA (the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000). . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Yes, we all know what she is doing.

However, we only know because the camera, (that the P.C. are complaining is in breach of R.I.P.A.) is recording her doing it!
Hence the reason she stands, in front of the camera to dump her s#!t.

Posting it through a letter box is illegal..

Far better to invite the local rag to see the film you have streamed on You Tube showing the Councillor polluting the pathway..

And referring it to the police.
And to the local parish council..............

It's the Parish Council that are behind it!!:banghead:

get environmental health involved then they fine people around here for leaving dog crap around

Brock love honey and are opportunists. If I where you I would find a better location. And it would save any accusations about disturbing a badger sett

Ok so I'll try here. After 6 years of knowing badgers were in the area though some 500m away afaik, but now with very dry conditions my apiary has been raided and brood combs stored for swarm control consumed. I see various people talking about electric fencing but no details. Info please.
