Brought 5l container of Acetic acid two weeks ago. Used small amount went to use again today found it had crystallized in container. what the best and safest way to return it to liquid again. Thank you Stubee
 
Totally normal, warm it up gently, put in a pan of water and heat slowly.

Just keeping it indoors will be sufficient for it to be liquid when you need it, the rest of the time you are right to store it somewhere cool and safe.
 
I'd be careful warming it up - tepid water is fine but if it's too warm it'll stink the place out and is also very flammable. I once stupidly used hot water to clean it up in the lab...
 
Glacial ethanoic freezes at around 17 degrees Celsius. You don't need to thaw all of it to use some, but be aware of a large lump swishing around as you pour!
