does anyone know what grey pollen could be off ???? sorry for hyjacking the thread

I think raspberry is grey. Some lupins produce white pollen (some lupins produce other coloured pollen), and one of our clematis does too but I can't remember the variety - at least it looks white on my clothes.

Raspberry, broad bean, blackberry all grey, although too early for blackberry.

it must be beans there is 100 acres about half a mile from my bees. theres a good bit of pollen on the inspection board

elder and prickly berberis both have white pollen and there have been plenty of bees working them between showers.
