The idiots that put in speed humps so high they wipe out sumps.
10cm is the legal max height - any higher and you can claim compo. Or could it be that speed was a factor?

How about:

- farmers that forcefeed grain to ducks
- the sadists that keep veal calves in crates
- owners of intensive egg units

Anyone suggest suitable punishments?

People who allow their horses to crap on public roads - a major hazard for us motorcyclists, especially when on a bend!

:beatdeadhorse5:

Motorcyclists who drive through perfectly good horse manure, when I could use it in my roses.

Dusty.

[Memo to self: get some rose bushes. Putting horse manure in flower vases full of roses isn't a good idea.]

:beatdeadhorse5:

No.. If they crap outside your garden, great for roses.

Otherwise yes I agree.

Put them in teachests and force big macs down their throats seems appropriate.

Dog owners who can't control their dogs or who don't pick up after them.

Boris, Jonathon Ross and Russell Brand.

Drivers that don't observe the speed limit
and the ones that can't park/ are too lazy so you can't get past on the pavement with a wheelchair or buggy and you can't get past on your bike without pulling out into the 50mph traffic.

Smelly men (worst are the Frenchies - try running a race in France - no one should stink that much before the race)

How about "Townie bikers" tearing round the country roads, going nowhere in particular, without a care for what may be around the next bend!:toetap05:

Price reductions of at least 30% that way we'd all buy more.:sifone:

horse riders...

That take their horse down muddy footpaths when its wet, making it impassible on foot or wheel
(horses do vastly more damage than off road bikes because the orders of magnitude greater pressure under the hoof).

Who dont have to take a riding test

Who dont have to have insurance

Who dont have to have their horses MOT'd

Despite being 20 times more dangerous than Motorcycles (hours per serious injury)

Who's riders are unfailingly polite and considerate of other road users, unlike the lycra-clad, head down, arse in the air morons who hurtle round the lanes of a weekend on their "racing" bikes with not a thought for anyone else - mirrors are apparently for cissies, and they of course have complete right of way at all times.......

Horses were on the roads before other mechanical means of transport, and have every right to be there - to nick a phrase "power should always give way to sail"....

:iagree: at last we agree on something ! but power doesn't always have to give way to sail - it's just WAFI's who think it's a rule

And another two for the wall - WAFI' s ie Wind Assisted F**king Idiots. Who have total and selfish disregard for the international anti collision regulations (apart from this apocryphal 'steam gives way to sail' dictum) and other sea users. And are usually a danger to themselves and other mariners. :banghead:
Also the vast majority of gin palace and speedboat users who have a total disregard for anything apart from going as fast as possible in all conditions and who think sunglasses are a form of headwear rather than eye protection.
You're not included in this list BTW Bee-Key-Purr:D
Another stressful watch in Plymouth sound

As part of my anger management exercises I try to blot out jestskiers from my consciousness.
But now you've started me - shooting is too good for them - garotting with a piece of codline would be more satisfying :D
