There is the answer then, they have contaminated perfectly good oxalic acid to call it ApiBioxal, a product which is toxic to bees... and make lots of money by doing it.

yup! I suppose they had to adulterate it to be able to claim it as a 'unique medication', but its crazy to mess up a perfectly good compound especially with another that could be potentially lethal for the intended subject, I would think that all they were considering was dribble method where the additions wouldn't matter.
