Trading standards and selling honey

Just had the trading standards lad to the house. What a really helpfull lad. Answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. Told me the label that I had designed and printed was well up to the standards required. So they will now forward a letter to me stating that I am covered (or words to that effect) and will help out with any other questions.

That is in line with my experience of Trad Stds in my professional life. Keep them in the loop and avoid giving them shocks and they are supportive allies.
