I've got a local windmill asking whether they can sell my honey in my jars but with their label on.

Other than the regulations which normally apply to the labeling of honey is there anything else that needs to be put on if the person selling it is not the producer. I understand when selling in a local outlet in jars with own own details on is traceable back to me but what are the rules/law with the details of someone else on?

Has anyone had any similar experience or know the answer?

Thanks

Edit - just realised this might be in the wrong section of the forum?

Commercial beekeepers sell their honey on in buckets
Would it not be the same if you just put it in jars and left it to them? They have traceability.
So, sorry don't know but would, like you, be interested too

That's what I thought. If I just supply a batch number with different batches then they can sort themselves out.
