The second picture is an unusual choice, a mouldy broodbox, with very dark comb and very few bees....is that some white mould under their glove?

None of my honey from last year crystallised. I have one jar left and it’s completely runny and devoid of crystals. Perhaps I will get some that crystallises this year. I would like to try making soft set.
Just buy a few jars from off the shelf of another’s osr some have even been known to use some of the NZ clover. No problems doing this for yourself or friends.
I had a lot of dandelion. Crystallised really quickly
