Wordle 858 3/6* new
🟩⬛🟩⬛⬛ 2 only
🟩🟩🟩⬛⬛ other one

Today the new was lucky starter.
Small change code means that it no longer works with the worst possible case which guaranteed "this or better", since this meant I might miss using a word with a high chance of a much better result. So now I need to see how that works out in practice for a bit...
So now the maximum expected could increase after a turn, as happened with the old strategy today. The 5 indicated after line 1 is actually just likely rather than a fact with the current approach.

Thinking it through I need to be clearer in my aims. Either I want to avoid a high score or X at the cost of getting a bit worse average (what my code tried to do up to last night) or not (which is what my newest code actually is probably going to do)...
I might be trying to have cake and eat it here (nibble a bit without damaging the cake).

Old had the lucky starter today, proving that so much comes down to this. Only in the long run do we get to see how we are doing as a strategy...
