New member to Beekeeping

Hi all
Well, this will be my first year of beekeeping. I have joined the local Bee Club based in Durham, and the BBKA. I have purchased several books, ( Collins Beekeeping Bible ) that have been a great help, and have just finished building two National Hives which was interesting!!!
Have multiple questions to ask and feel that this is going to be the right place to ask, so please do not feel offended if I ask some basic questions.

Welcome Allan. In your book buying mode be sure to include the Haynes Beekeeping Manual which is readily available . A practical handbook which will guide you through the first season or two without being over complicated or longwinded. If you use YouTube have a good rummage through the offerings of Stewart Spinks from The Norfolk Honey Company, good reliable information and practical videos, he has created a whole library of them; also Laurence Edwards of Black Mountain Honey offers excellent information too.
