HSE would have a field day ... they would insist that they wear hard hats, gloves and boots .... and probably a lifejacket as well ....

Typical third world creativity though - I've seen worse in Africa !

here we have the BBC safety police insisting every time there is a bit of damp grass their staff and the people they are dealing with have to have lifejackets.
A recent programme had an inshore fisherman being interviewed on his boat wearing a brand new clean lifejacket. Then moments later footage of him doing his work with out one.

Lets not forget our police who havent been trained to go up a ladder and lady police offeres who try and claim for tripping over a kerb in a garage while investing a possible break in.

Look's as though they've done that before! Bit of brain power goes a long way,
