Nuc box with "contents"

Is this as it appears £150 for Nuc box with NO BEES?

Is this a bit "misleading" - text says "available now", "no waiting"....

Or does it actually contain bees?

surely the obvious thing to do is to ask the vendor if the contents are bees or just frames?

Which Q I have just posted on Ebay.

PH

he is selling bees with it just trying to get around the rules

Similar to our entrepreneur friend MTB, does or did.....like this lovely hand crafted correx nuc box, complete with contents....ideal for transporting bees....only £160.

he has had some of them removed and has just changed what he is putting in the ad.

Isn't it against ebay rules to sell animals?
Or is that the point?

I'd personally steer well clear.

You are correct, you can't sell animals, sometimes people say "with contents" so people know that it has bees, but it's a way of getting around the strict "no-animals" policy.

Either way, you'd have to categorically check.

I thought that was the case.

So, really it's a question of whether you want to do business with someone who doesn't stick to the rules.
