Second hand honey filler

I could buy an used honey filler, DANA api MATIC 2000 as you can see in the photo. The problem is that i cannot find its users manual and in the catalogue of the company, Swienty, the model with that reference is not looking the same as mine. Does anyone know what the second line buttons are for? Should I buy a stand or can I lay it on a table?
