Runny honey/crystallisation

Blimey, talk about a sugar rush, even I only get through one jar a week.

I sell to a woman who takes a dozen jars ever 4/5 weeks.
Her kids have it on toast for breakfast, honey sandwiches for lunch and on toast when they get back from school.
I asked what their teeth were like!
