The device, if it was The Varroa Gate, looks like a very expensive pollen trap - if not a trap, then certainly a pollen stripper.

I listened to that report it does sound encouraging but will probably get snatched up by a big company marketed under some wonder drug name at a extravagate cost. Or it that just the cynic in me.
