Looks like a ball bearing, a BB gun or some air rifles can shoot them. They aren't generally very accurate.
it would depend on how far away the gun was from the target, regardless of whether a BBgun, air rifle or airsoftDefinitely a bb gun, wouldn't go in far though as the polystyrene would absorb the power.
