Have viewed with amazement a number of spring-flowering magnolias here flowering in the autumn. Have now just seen a large acacia Dealbata (mimosa tree) in full leaf covered in flower buds not far from bursting into its beautiful yellow pompoms. (What are the bees going to make of that!) I'm curious, have others some strange examples from around the country of plants behaving totally out of season this year?
