Hi all,
just tried to order some oxalic acid from APC and received the following email.
Hi Graeme,
Thank you for your recent enquiry.
Please note the legislation that came into effect under new rules issued by the UK Government on 1st October 2023.
We can now only supply to:
Limited companies
Partnerships
Individuals who are in possession of a Home Office EPP Licence to receive this product.
We cannot supply to private individuals who do not possess a Home Office EPP Licence as this regulated poison cannot be sold to the general public.
We would also need to know the application for which you intend to use this product.
If you do not meet the criteria, we will be unable to proceed with your order and will be happy to refund the item.
If you feel you meet the criteria listed above and are OVER 21 YEARS OF AGE, please complete the attached form and return it to us for approval, please also supply Photographic Identification (Driving Licence/Passport) and proof of address of the company’s owner/director.
We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
