I know there are a plethora of organisations organising appeals but if you can spare something…

If you are in any doubt .... whatever you can spare. They need our help no matter how inadequate it feels ... just a pound or two - sell a jar of honey and donate please.

And what's more - if you are a UK tax payer they can claim gift aid which costs you nothing but adds £2.50 from the taxman to every £10 ....

At present I'm doing the 10000 steps a day in March for Cancer Research but have told my supporters that for every £10 donated I will also donate £1 to the DEC appeal. On target for £1000 for Cancer Research and £100 for the Ukraine appeal at the moment. It's killing my knees thought! Time for an X-ray me thinks............
