Liability Insurance for Selling Honey

This year I want to sell honey at markets but am being asked for Public and Product Liability Insurance Certificate. Does being a member of the BBKA cover this and how do I get the actual certificate, or do I need to take out my own through an insurance company. Any helpful advice would be appreciated.
