I am writing this thread because this worked for me, I have found inner peace, the way to do this is to finish the things You start, I looked around the house this afternoon and I saw the things I had failed to finish so I finished them, the vodka, the baileys, some rose wine, the ice-cream, crisps and the valium, You have no bloody idea how peacefull I feel now !
