Honey crystallising already

I extracted the second week of August, and the honey in the jars is crystallising already. It's mainly blackberry (I think), which I though should be reasonably well-behaved, and it hasn't been too cold, so I'm at a loss as to why it should go that way. At this rate, it'll be solid in a few weeks.

That's good to know - my colonies are all next to extensive blackberry bushes - I must get around to extracting soon!
