It takes a long time for a patent to be examined and to issue. Their application was filed in 2012 in the US, and in 2011 in Australia.

They also claim that "Flow" is trademarked - I didn't know that one could trademark a simple word on its own like that.

Just under 3 hours to go on the auction and it's up to £500!

Looks like a good investment by the seller.
