Does anyone recall which old model of Thornes extractor this is?
It's a 9 frame radial. Came with a distinguishing manual handle as pictured below; but now motorized.

Yes, it’s the Universal range. Now only available with plastic barrels.

I looked last night but didn't see it, was being nosey.

It's not due to be listed until tonight...it's collection only due to not being able to pack it up safely for a courier. I'll post a link when it goes live.
A snip at £499.....a proper extractor.

Offer courier, put on pallet and wrap bubble wrap round it. You'll get more interest.

Good point, thanks.
I'd forgotten about pallets....looks to be about £70 for a delivery to the South of England.

And a better price when it sells ... bigger the target market more chance of a buyer ...or if it's an auction - two or more competing. Auctions should be timed to finish on a Sunday evening (preferably) but never during the week, never set them to end during the mornings or afternoons - always an evening.

Unless it's something I want to buy - then, please, Tuesday morning about 3.00am would be perfect !

You can offer the buyer to arrange pickup, I done this loads of times (arrange my on courier) to the island its £70 I would of thought cheaper mainland delivery.

They say for half pallets they need to be stackable....and it's too tall.

Might be cheaper for me to offer to deliver it anywhere in the UK for £50.....

Put courier delivery can be arranged at cost ... if your put 'ebay delivery' into the ebay search box you will find dozens of carriers that are prepared to pick up and deliver awkward packages ... cost varies depending on where it's going to - highlands and islands are very costly compared to mainland deliveries.

Hermes do a big and bulky delivery .. if you have the weight and the size of the parcel you can get an online quote from parcel2go - google them.

I sent a 70 x 70 x 150 cm 25Kg box from down here to Sheffield for £19 ... plus a few quid to insure it. You need to pack well as couriers are not that careful sometimes ... allow for a sturdy box and lots of bubble wrap.

Yes, a box they are happy with. But appreciate the input.
Don't think they do strange shaped unbalanced pieces of electrical equipment????
I want the buyer to end up with an extractor that works. Not take a chance that some courier firm can simply deliver a strange packed item. Pallet is good, can fix to pallet and bubble wrap. Not cheap, but then extractor is not a cheap Chinese job either.
Been caught out in the past where people have requested cheap delivery and item arrived damaged due to not been packed well enough. Not going there again.

Take couple photos of it wrapped on pallet, for your own benefit, then if damage in transit you got Prof
