Update.

Most of the equipment has arrived. Still waiting on 100 litre creamer/liquefyer and bottling machine with mini turntable. Should be a couple of weeks for those.

Hydro press, melliflow pro, steam knife and 24 frame radial/6 frame swing cage extractor all arrived and installed.

Built a rack over the melliflow to hang uncapped supers while they wait to go in the extractor. May need a bit of tweaking but should hopefully catch most of the spills.

Still waiting on another stainless table to go where the stacks of supers are. That will hold the bottling machine and creamer above and scales below. Getting a bit cramped!

Had trading standards inspection yesterday. No recommendations on improvement but wouldn't tell me what the rating would be.

It looks perfect to me and with the work you have put in the odd teething problem will quickly be remedied..

Really? The food hygiene inspector didnt mention that and said he had no recommendations for improvement.

Makes sense though. Wish I had gone for the double sink from the beginning.

I think the hand washing sink has to be completely separate to prevent splashing of kit whilst washing hands but it will be interesting if there is no comment in the assement.
Cracking set up tho..... makes mine look VERY amateur..

Hmmm. It does make sense. Maybe I'll just add a little handwashing station if the comment does come up as opposed to swapping out for a double sink.
