Hmmm. It does make sense. Maybe I'll just add a little handwashing station if the comment does come up as opposed to swapping out for a double sink.

You don't need a double sink - just a separate had washing setup (you can get tiny little wash basins with mixer tap, will fit in any little corner)

You can also get the portable 1s meant for camping/mobile catering but anything decent is more expensive than a normal sink
