Hi guys n gals

I have one of these DLDH still unbuilt and in the wrappers as delivered some time ago direct from Stamfordham who built them.

Anyway the Ebay listing number is 331062085966

Please get in touch if you are interested

I had no idea they cost anywhere near that!

Mine were built to Robin's plans; the second was made without those rediculous half supers (soon sorted that out after the first!).

Still a good hive in the right situation, over-winter very well, much better than the plastic cool box, but not very moveable.

Have a look at the Thornes Th**nes site and see what they are selling them for !!

The biggest supplier of beekeeping Equipment charges £750 is that a misprint ?
Already painted but I would expect it covered in gold leaf for that money

If I was critical I don't see the size and weight of the hive - when flatpacked. So it's not possible to see if you need a van or a car to transport it. But it does not say.

And it requires the buyer to find out why they should buy it.. Personally I would copy &paste some marketing copy on how good it is and include it in the advert.

But hey that's me.. others may think otherwise.

Good ideas.
Honest feedback is always good, thanks.

relatively cheap coffin for someone, they'd need strong pallbearers to carry the bugger though !
