BlackBerry was amazing here!I’d say summer honey with lime in it as blackberry didn’t do well last year generally
the tree honeys tend to darken the colour

Yes it was first extraction alot of clover and field thistle in area not much spring honey at that apiaryso it could be anything, was it the first extraction of the year?
Do you like the buckwheat honey (see my avatar)? My wife and I love it, but some don’t. @WoodenBeam on here likens the smell to pigs’ slurryI’ll try and post a photo sometime of my English buckwheat honey - now that’s like treacle !
