Has anyone had any problems with their membership? I've paid and then heard nothing at all for weeks.. are they usually this slow at processing?

Yes! went thro my assoc and never heard a thing. Give them a call and ask for back dated copies of the mags you've missed they will send them. I think they're volunteers but very nice to deal with.

No, clear cellophane. Credit where it's due, they are getting much better.

I found they are not particularly good at sending them out to start with and when I renewed my membership (well within time) this year, once again, no mags until I got in touch. Didn't get any back copies either. And unlike other mags, they don't arrive in the last week of the previous month, but during the first or even second week of the current month.

I can't even get access to the site though.. just taken the money, given me an order number then nada!!
