Very nice bit of kit but way OTT for the simple pursuit of the hobbyist beekeeper.
Keep it simple ,keep it cheap.
Choose the right cabinet , select a heat source that will maintain required temperature without regulation .
Quick heating isn't desired!. To heat a 30 lb bucket quickly would over heat the honey receiving the heat blast before it could be conducted to the core of the contents !.
Yes I know the big boys heat to 60 degrees quickly but the honey is pumped through a narrow heated pie which quickly heats the honey to 60 dgrees , however it is just as quickly cooled in order to keep hmf levels down .
To reiterate , Very much OTT for the hobbyist .

Hi Fatshark,
Philip is correct most tank thermostats do have 3 terminals. And the accuracy and switching temperatures may not be very good.
If you have the thermostat from screwfix part number 56303 ( cheapest one i can see) then you will need to use the terminals marked COM and CALL.
